Tuesday July 8th
We have now arrived safely back home.
Now that we are back we are busily seeing our lovely family and plotting our next adventure, which will be about Mountain Men, Lewis and Clarke, Nez Pierce Indians, gold and gem prospecting and more rivers and mountain scenery, as well as seeing our friends again.

Quick and Dirty

Wed April 9th - Fly KLM from Teesside to San Francisco via Amsterdam, ate Flight food. Arrive safely. Rich BBQ'ed chicken, Quinoa

Thurs 10th - Rested, short trip to Walmart, jeans Tee's, running shoes. Debra cooked BBQ brisket.

Fri 11th - Sally rested. T went to SF. clam Chowder + Chocolate Sundae.

Sat 12th. Breakfast at Country Waffles - Dublin. Waffle and pancake with strawberry's, cream, MS and bacon. Walk round the Marina Park fit track. Pizza for tea.

Sunday 13th Church with Debra and Rich. Rudi's Can't Fail: Chilli burger Big Burger.

Monday 14th Drive to Corning. Buffet at Rolling Hills Casino.

Tuesday 15th. Run: 10.3Km. Dinner with Ed and Cindy - Ham

Wed 16th Return rental car to Chico. Denny's BLT and Salmon.

Thursday 17th Breakfast at Rolling Hills. Olive oil tasting. Ed's Pure Country Plus concert. Ham, mash and salad. Run 5Km.

Friday 18th: Good Friday. Lunch at The Depot, Megalia. Steak Sandwich and burger.

Sat 19th - Tow to Red Bluff: Sycamore Grove NFS. Ready Cooked Chicken salad. Run: 6km

Sun 20th - Rodeo Day. Applebees. Steak

Mon 21st - Tow to Lewiston: Lewiston Old Bridge RV. Chicken Stir Fry.

Tues 22nd Laundry. Roy and Anne arrive. Great meal La Grange, Weaverville.

Wed 23rd. Tow to Etna. Mountain View RV. Pork chop and gravy.

Thurs 24th Tow to Collier Memorial SP: sh: Raleys Yreka. Sizzlers Klamuth Falls. S steak, T salad.

Fri 25th: Run: 5.5Km. Bol and veg.

sat 26th: Drove to Crater Lake. Burgers for tea

Sun 27th: Towed to Bend, Taluma SP. Went Shopping. R Chicken.

Mon 28th: Moved site, run 4.8km, 35 min: Garlic shrimp and salad tea.

Tues 29th: Dropped Roy's car off, drove to Mount Paulina, stream walk. Chicken a, nr Madrasnd Gravy.

Wed 30th: Run 5.03km, 34min. Shrimp and salad.

Thurs 1st May: Drove Lava Butte, up to Crane Prairie Lake. Cooked burger

Fri 2nd May: Moved on to Cove Palisade SP, nr Madras

via Sisters (clock and coffee), Redmond for lunch at burger joint.

Sat 3rd: drove to Smith's Rock and Rex Barber Bridge. saw Golden Eagle. Cooked chicken + stir fry

Sun 4th: Towed to Memaloose SP (The Dalles). 109m. Coffee at The Oasis, Maupin. (Deliverance). Steak at Cousins Restaurant.

Mon 5th: Washing in The Dalles. cooked pork chops

Tues 6th: Didn't see Mt Hood (wrong weather), didn't get pies at the Apple Cottage (wrong day). Cooked T bone steak for tea (mmm).

Wed 7th: Got up early, saw Mt Hood, breakfast at Egg River. Moved on to Ainsworth SP, by 11.04!!!! Relaxed. Ran 7.7km in 47min. Spag bol for tea. Horsetail Falls.

Thurs 8th: Drove to Bonneville Dam/HEP. Chicken and gravy for Sally, chillie for me. Run 5.15K in 30M 14 s.

Fri 9th: Toured waterfalls of Columbia Gorge with Roy and Anne. Cooked burger for tea.

Sat 10th: Towed to Astoria. Stopped in Portland for gas, shop, coffee and Applebees for lunch.

Sun 11th: Mostly rested today, went to Astoria. Ate salmonburger for tea. Ran 5.3K

Mon 12th: Followed the Goonies: Astoria and Ecola SP. Ate at chinese in Seaside, very nice.

Tues 13th: Towed to Silver Lake. Run 5.5km in 39 mins. Cooked Chicken and gravy.

Wed 14th: Drove up to Mt St Helen. Ate at Patty's Place @ 19 Mile House. S: Burger T:FCh

Thurs 15th: Washing. Cooked Pork Chop and pan roast veg.

Fri 16th: Towed to Shelton. Shopped and ate at Country Cousins in Centralia. BG Fest

Sat 17th: Bluegrass Fest. Anne and Roy. Cooked Chicken and rice.

Sun 18th: BG fest: Towed to Dosewallips SP. Ate at Geoduck (?) Sally had nice tuna. burger.

Mon 19th: Chicken Stirfry. Stayed on site. Ran 5.8K, 37m

Tues 20th: Visited Winthorp Gardens, waterfall and Mount Walker. Ate at Halfway House Rest. Sally steak, me burger.

Wed 21st: Towed to Sequirm - Rainbow's End RV. Pork chop and Asparagus for tea.

Thurs 22nd: Drove to Port Townsend. Cooked shrimp and gravy . Ran 5.1 K

Fri 23rd. Oil change. Ate crab meal. Drove to Port Angeles and Hurricane Ridge (Olympic NP).

Sat 24th: Tow to Enumclaw Expo Center.Cooked Spag Bol.

Sun 25th: Rained. Ran 5.8 in 35m.Rested. Shopped Safeways. Salmon for tea.

Mon 26th: Memorial Day. ran 5.8 in 34m. Ate out at Lee Family Dining. Sally steak, Terry fried chicken. Baskin robins on the way home, Mmmm.

Tues 27th: Towed to Leavenworth. Cold Stone Ice cream. Sally pork chop Terry boxed fried chicken.

Wed 28th: toured to Lake Wentachee. Italian Ice Cream. Cooked burger for tea. Ran through town. 5.3K in 35min

Thurs 29th: Towed to Grand Coulee. Tea at bakery in Chelan. Cooked chicken and salad.

Fri 30th: drove to Steamboat SP and watched Coulee Dam Laser Show. Prime rib at Pepper Jacks.

Sat 31st: Relaxed in the sunshine. Cooked salmon burgers and salad.

Sun June 1st: Towed to Spokane. Sally Hair, Washing. Ate at Golden Corral. Shopped.

Mon 2nd: Towed to Sam Owens SP. sundae at Owen's Drugstore Newport

Tues 3rd:Towed to Logan SP. Along 56. Pork Ch.

Wed 4th: Towed to Fish Creek, GNP. shopped and ate in Kalispell: Bojangles Diner

Thurs 5th:Quiet day. Shrimp and gravy. 5.69k in 44.3m

Fri 6th: Drove to Avalanche and walked. Ate trout and steak

Sat 7th: Drove to Best Western, Kalispell. Saw James Maloney. Ate Sizzlers.

Sun 8th: Towed to East Glacier. Drove to Many Glaciers. Ate at Snowgoose Grill, St Mary's. Buffalo Burger and chicken

Mon 9th: Towed to Holter lake SRA at Wolf Creek. Cooked Bol.

Wed 11th: Crunched steps on trailer. Towed to Lewis and Clark SP. Ran 5.6K. Steak.

Thurs 12th: Towed to West Yellowstone. Sally unwell. Chicken and gravy

Fri 13th: Launderet, Shopped, gassed.

Sat 14th: Towed to Snow Lodge, Yellowstone. Pizza

Sun 15th: Walk round Old Faithful Area.

Mon 16th: Drive to Norris. Prime rib at Snow Lodge Lounge

Tues 17th: Towed to Fishing Bridge. Stopped at Grnat Village for coffee. Cooked Spag Bol.

Wed 18th: Snowy morning, aft. drove to Canyon Village and Grand canyon. Ate Prime Rib at Canyon Village.

Thurs 19th: Bear Hunt to Lamar valley

Fri 20th: Quiet Day, Natural Bridge. Cooked burgers

Sat 21st: Drove the Northern Loop to Mammoth Hot Springs. Ate burger at MHS

Sun 22nd: Drove the Southern Loop road. Prime rib at Canyon Village

Mon 23rd: Towed to Colter Bay. Spag bol

Tues 24th: Jenny Lake. Cooked shrimp and burger

Wed 25th: Thompson Visitor center and Mormon row.

Thurs 26th: Quiet day. Drove to Signal Mountain. Ate at Signal Mountain Lodge. quesidilia.

Fri 27th: Towed to Idaho falls. Cooked stir fry and quesadilia

Sat 28th: Drove to walmart. Smitty's for breakfast. Sizzler dinner - steak.

Sun 29th: Towed to Craters Of The Moon NP: stopped at EBR1.

Mon 30th: Towed to Hagerman, via Twin Falls. Cooked steak

Tues July 1st: towed to Nampa. BBQ Salmon.

Wed 2nd: Cleaned.Ate at Basque resto: scalop

Thurs 3rd; Cleaned. Poor Mans BBQ Pork chop

Fri 4th: 4th July. Cleaned. BBQ Steak

Sat 5th: Stored Rig. ate at Golden Corral. Flew Boise to Seattle. Stayed at Red Roof Hotel. Ate at Denny's

Sun 6th: Breakfast at Denny's. Flew from Seatac to UK. Food on Delta was awful!

Mon 7th. Arrived home on time. All well with the house.
